These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the postgraduate courses platform operated by Dr. Shaimaa Selim ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering, enrolling in courses, booking live sessions, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent to use the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

2. Enrollment & Payment for Courses

All course and live sessions fees are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Access to course materials is granted only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to update course content, schedule, pricing, or availability at any time.

3. Live Sessions – Specific Rules

Live interactive sessions are a premium, limited-capacity feature. The following rules apply strictly to all live session bookings:

Booking & Capacity: Only one enrolled student (the "booker") may book a live session. The session can accommodate up to 5 students in total (including the booker).
Sharing Responsibility: The booker is solely responsible for sharing the session link with up to 4 additional participants. The booker must ensure all participants are properly enrolled students.
Capacity Limit Enforcement: If more than 5 participants join the session (i.e., more than 4 additional students), the instructor reserves the right to end the session without refund or reschedule.
Request & Approval Process: To book a live session, you must submit a request through the platform. The session will only become available after admin approval. Once approved, you will receive a payment link.
Payment & Activation: The session becomes active only after full payment is completed via the provided link.
Automatic Cancellation: If payment is not completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the session will be automatically cancelled without notice.
Rescheduling: If payment has been made and the session is active, you may request a reschedule only if the request is submitted more than 4 hours before the original start time. The instructor may approve or reject the request at their discretion. If approved, the session will be moved to the new agreed time slot. If rejected, the session will remain at the original scheduled time.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, live session recordings, slides, handouts, and certificates are protected by copyright law and remain the exclusive property of Dr. Shaimaa Selim.

Unauthorized recording, copying, distribution, sharing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in disruptive behavior, harassment, disrespectful communication, or any activity that violates laws or these Terms during live sessions or on the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund if you violate these rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services, including live sessions, are provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
